Just found out about these this morning and went to my local TRU at lunch and there must have been close to 20 sets on the pegs.

So cool to finally have Valiant figures, if only they still had the rights to the Gold Key characters I'd love a Solar and Magnus.

I bought: Commander Faie, Breha and Bail Organa, Fx-6 from Star Wars Legacy wave 4....that's right I'm keeping this thread alive, plus I figure none of you 5k+ posters will mind if I use this thread to catch up to you...in 10 years!

Just downloaded Secret of Mana for the Wii, but I'm really looking forward to Cave Story. I've never played it, but it looks pretty sweet and retro, plus I've heard it's like Metroid meets Castlevania. Been thinking about Mega Man 9 too...

I didn't like these at first, but then I bought a Chewbacca one for my desk at work and it's so funny looking that I had to get a Lando and a Boba....I think I'm done now!

I'm assuming you went to Alan's Madison show Saturday. I actually skipped that one and went to the show Alan does in Gurnee, IL on Sunday.
Oh that kind of makes me feel better, because when you mentioned the guy with some golds...well I was :!: as I probably would have bought them. So I'm glad ...

I didn't even have much energy to go bargain box hunting. I got a few decent items from my usual source, but really not enough to have made the trip worthwhile. With the price of gas what it is, I think I might pass on this show when it next happens in June.

Yeah that show was a dissapointment ...

I'm going to go to that show on the 16th. Sorry the books aren't extras, only awesome deals!! They're going in my Valiant coffer!!

We're you able to find anything? Someone needs to tell Alan that he should start carrying around more Valiants....he says he has a lot more, but that he doesn't bring them all to shows!

He has boxes of books for .50 each if you buy at least 10 comics and .40 each if you get at least 50 comics. If you talk to him, tell him ...

For the ValiantComics.com chat, all you have to do is choose a nickname.
(Then click the "Enter Chat" button... pressing 'enter' doesn't work.)
The server and room name are automatically handled by the chat window.
