So you can expect them to be back in stock in about 2 weeks if this info is accurate (not that I'm doubting Pixiepixierosa wrote:Hey all! I stopped in at the closest Toys R Us to me (100 miles away) to see if they had any of the new minimates in stock. Apparently some are available at store level but not on the website.
Unfortunately, my store hasn't received any yet, but the helpful clerk gave me these details:
The warehouse (main distribution center) is out but has 168 cases on order of the Bloodshot/X-O combo. Those generally arrive within two weeks to the warehouse, then starts shipping to stores in another 3 weeks.
If your store doesn't have any yet, call them in a couple of weeks. There's also an option on the website to be notified when the product becomes available there.
Happy hunting!

Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.

Re: Toys R Us Minimates
Toys R Us sent me an email confirming shipping today. I bought 2.
They look good. I think I prefer the bare chested Bloodshot better.
Anyone check out the comic yet? What a cool bonus. Can you slab something that small?

Haha! You might appreciate this as an artist, ilz - when I was drawing my own crappy comics in that heavy learning phase as a teen, I used to only draw little nostril holes and maybe just a short upward line to define the sides of the nose tip on my characters. I was afraid to define my noses with lines because I didn't understand the shape of them!ilzuccone wrote:wow just did a google search for minimates. none of them have noses! they draw cheek bones but no noseilzuccone wrote:lorddunlow wrote:It bothers me that they don't have noses. Minimates has no such excuse.
Just kidding, it's clearly a stylistic choice

Re: Toys R Us Minimates
Just found out about these this morning and went to my local TRU at lunch and there must have been close to 20 sets on the pegs.
So cool to finally have Valiant figures, if only they still had the rights to the Gold Key characters I'd love a Solar and Magnus.
