uh yeah, I'm sure you're aware, but Wikipedia can be edited by anybody and everybody, so often times a lot of the information can be hearsay and just opinions, however wrong or skewed, of those that contributed to writing the page.

well this is quite random. though I take all of that with a grain of salt; until the offical green light is given, this is all just blah blah to me.

If DH was an indy publisher, those numbers would be fantastic. But, considering that they are the #3 or 4 size publisher, not so great.

very bad news. I missed out on Valiant back in the day, and felt this was kind of like a second chance. I supported it, even though it was constantly late. Too bad the Solar origin story will never get published in its entirety now.

I don't really think about VEI anymore. If they come out with comics in the future, cool, I'll check them out. Otherwise, yeah, I don't give them much of my thought time anymore.

The thing about Jim Shooter is that, while I believe him because I am a fan, all he is saying is essentially hearsay. There is no way that any of us can really varify his claims. Isn't the editor the one to keep things on track and deadlines met? What is Chris Warner doing? I've always kind of just blamed him for the deadline problems (even though I have no basis for this, other than knowing what his job is).

Don't know if anyone noticed it yet, but it's tucked away at the very bottom of his blog.

I am always amazed on how detailed he gets. He makes it remarkably easy for the artist to do his job.

I also wonder, these books are not selling well, so DH probably doesn't care as much about the release dates (and their constant last-minute release date changes--they have to know this bothers their readers), as much as they would Buffy or Star Wars titles, since those are better sellers and make ...

I knew it was too good to be true. By the time April 20th comes around, I have my doubts ANY books will be coming out. This is getting truly pathetic and aggrevating.

If it wasn't for Jim Shooter's writing, I would have dropped these books by now.
