Re: Free Comic Book Day is here! Share your experience

Man, No Valiant Masters for me.. I checked Midtown and its 40 bucks to ship a Free Comic to Canada! Score!

If anyone can help me out with that one, plus no ValiantFans Variant for me since Nonplayer didn't drop them off at my LCS, which is cool.

Re: Need more reviews for X-O Manowar Volume 2: Enter Ninjak

My review is live.

I should have bought my copy from Amazon. $9 bucks?? I paid $16 at my LCS. CDN prices suck.

At first I thought WTF only 4 stars but it makes it look more real...not just a bunch of fanboys.

Yea, a bunch of 5 stars reviews is suspicious. If I could have given a 4.5, I would ...

Re: Hi, I'm Joshua Dysart...

As far as Canadians go, they are obviously the great evil of the Western world. Look at all the wars they've caused! Look at all the madness they've wrought through hundreds of years of colonialism. And what's with having all of those guns but hardly ever using them to kill other Canadians. Only ...

Re: X-O Manowar #12 discussion

This was great. Depsite being exposition heavy, it all worked and wasn't hinder at all. This would have been a third issue story at Marvel or DC to pad out the trade. But Venditti nailed it. Kudos man..

Now I love Nord's artwork, his Conan was the bomb!, but alot of art felt super rushed and muddy ...

Re: Bloodshot #10 Discussion

Yea, I just tweeted that this is finally a good issue of Bloodshot. I know Duane is a good writer but this is hands down, the best issue he has written.

The series, IMO, has been riding the 1.5/5 range. This is a 5/5 comic.

This crossover is gonna be awesome!

I look forward to getting my variant on FCBD, as I will be the only person who took Nonplayer up on his offer.

You just officially took MarkRoseHFX's place at the Canadians I'd Most Like to Slap list. Congratulations.

Wait for trade or seek the back issues..

So I got the first trades for all the books thus, except Shadowman (but soon), and XO Vol 2.

Just wondering if I should just wait for Vol 2, or try to get the back issues. I got what I could so far, my LCS is missing alot of the Valiant titles but I only need Harbinger 6-8 and A&S 5-7.

Not too ...

don't forget Geoff McHenry's Uncle, Buck, who became a Geomancer after Geoff disappeared at the end of The Chaos Effect.

Buck was Geomancer before Geoff. Clay McHenry became Geomancer after Chaos Effect.

Just sayin'...

Yea, maybe in your comics.
