Ok . . . I've skimmed the gold books on Ebay for some time now. From what I understand all gold books have about the same print run.

However, I noticed that books like Psi-Lords Gold are quite common on Ebay and don't go for much, while others are not so common and go for quite a bit more.

Buying on Ebay can be tricky. I finally picked up a Shadowman Gold (supposed to be in NM condition). The cover is fine. However, the inside looks like it's had some water spilled on it. The pages on the top are stained . . . not real stained, but still noticeable and definitely not near mint ...

Actually, "hoarding" wouldn't be the best term. I've been saving up to 30 copies to hand out to some kids at a Kids Crusade that we are holding the end of this summer. It's a fun, "safe" movie. We will be handing these out with some lessons to tie in with it.

Speaking of hoarding . . . 22 unopened copies of Bambi II on DVD and counting. Oh, whoops . . . wrong board . . . sorry.
