If you look at the last digit on the bar code it will tell you which printing it is.Elveen wrote:Bte, just so you know. Those are not 1st prints of ZvsR. At least the ones I've seen. Pretty sure those are reprints.

It's amazing how much some of you brainiacs know about comics.

Ok. Did not know they made a new series.
There is an earlier ZvsR series that came out. Thought you were buying them due to the movie announcement. Not saying they are not cool books, but there is an earlier series.
So not 1st app.

Has FF 642 been mentioned in this thread? I think it was. In any event, the countdown begins...???

I have mine at $7.99 & I am not budging off that price. I notice that guy had 17 for sale, all of them sold now.

Re: Discuss Hard To Find Or Currently Hot Comics Of Any Era
At the show this weekend Spider Gwen and Silk ruled the modern market.
I finally had one guy ask about UF4, I have one but didn't want to sell it.
Tons of peeps looking for EoSV#2. I think that book is gonna be $120/$150 soon.
If Spider Gwen #s 1-4/5 are at least "good-ish", look out. $200+ easy.
I'm gonna hold on to my one copy until then.
I also did sell 2 2nd prints for $30.

No one has asked about UF4 yet to me and I had one on my wall
Had at least 12 people asked for EoSV #2 so this book isn't going away anytime soon...

I guess I wouldn't bother with the UF 4s at shows ... just sell them on eBay. It's like free money right now.

I still can't see him being Spidey, but maybe in the flick.

I made 5 Ultimate Fallout 4s available at 17.50 each and they all sold within a few hours. I bought those all for a buck each back when they weren't highly respected.

Re: Discuss Hard To Find Or Currently Hot Comics Of Any Era
I ordered a Silk #1 from jessejamescomics on eBay. $8, free shipping via USPS Priority Flat-Rate Padded Envelope.
I get it in the mail, not only in a manila envelope sent via 1st Class, but there was no bubble-wrap, two pieces of flimsy cardboard cut from the thinnest USPS box that are the EXACT same size as the bag&board, and the comic wasn't even secured to the cardboard! The eBay ad states the comic will be in 9.4 shape, and while it somehow didn't get too banged up, it's more like a 9.0 now. I left him a positive with the feedback stating that it was not sent in the packaging described in the listing, and killed his item description DSR, as that's the only one I could leave ratings on - free shipping immediately gets 5 stars, even though he didn't live up to what his listing described. I think that's *SQUEE*, because I could tell people I am shipping all my items free and they will be boxed in a Priority 1095 box, and send it in an envelope to save money. No DSR dings. Total *SQUEE*.
Fair warning for you all. I, for one, will never buy anything from them again. They are out of AZ, by the way.

That's a bummer Slym.
I know Jesse, he's been very helpful and supportive of me.
I'd say a great dude.
But way bummer on the shipping.

I had that same issue Porky's Comics, but for the much rarer Acclaim preview issues. Terrible.

I figure most people are good at heart, but he didn't follow through with his claims. I can't support that, as I know I have (more than once) had to eat charges to follow through on what I said I'd do.Elveen wrote:That's a bummer Slym.
