Thanks. I didn't really script it, so considering it was off the cuff it didn't come out as bad as I thought it might. Now that I've got one under my belt I'm hoping the others will show some improvement.
Great Job!!!
I wonder what it would be like to be a lonely, muck-encrusted monster? Probably be an improvement.

I wrote a script, but still video reviews are harder than the sound. Maybe next time I won't have stage fright
I didn't scrip mine either. They're tough to do and slightly embarrassing to post. So... I'm going to do another.

Now we just need the first semi-nude review. Any volunteers? I'll film it. Don't worry - I have artistic integrity.

Come on, who wouldn't jump to read all things Valiant if Chiclo (draped only in a fur shawl) lounged back with a glass of wine while reflecting on the great writing of one Robert Venditti?

(I may have just puked a little - but the humor must not ever stop)

Okay, I just sent in my video review for Archer and Armstrong Vol. 1. It hasn't been approved yet but should be visible later today. I think it's better than my first one. I've got my Shadowman shirt on and my son yells "Babba Booey" at the end. As always, let me know what you think.

I'll post the link when it becomes available.

And NO Chiclo videos.... It'll ruin his mystique!

These video reviews add a whole other element that is missing with the written reviews. SOOOOOO happy to see members doing these.

Thoroughly enjoying all of them. Keep up the tremendous job. As they progress, I can't wait to see what is next...

Perhaps doing it in a Shadowman mask would make it easier. When's that mask cutout cover available? :)

I should do the Harbinger review in-character. Can you imagine what Torque would say if he had to review the book? facepalm I'll probably stick to Kris.
Do an in-character review of Torque with the first Q&W trade.

Now, that's a great idea! Even better would be a point-counterpoint between Torque and Armstrong.

The only thing holding me back from doing a video review is the fact that I don't actually have any of the TPB's. (And I don't want to use up all the ink in my printer to make a photo quality duplicate of one of the covers to then tape onto some other TPB so it looks right) I don't mind doing the written reviews because I can still praise the story and art and everything important without having actually bought the TPB. And if I could afford to buy the TPB's in addition to the floppies, I surely would. So... more written reviews soon from me.

Well done with your video reviews Matt and Victor, they bring a real sense of respect for the subject matter, which in turn would absolutely attract new readers.

Semi naked video reviews?, I just threw up a little in my mouth :o .

As of this morning (according to the all knowing database), we have 48 members signed up and of those, 13 of you have done all 9 TPBs which are out to date, with X O #3 being released this week for #10. Good job to the 13 for their efforts

So, I've just finished up reviews for A&A Volume 2 and Bloodshot Volume 2. According to my Amazon profile, that puts me at 9 total. I'll be ready to do a review fo X-O #3 when it's available.

I'll likely be starting mine this weekend. It's good to have a sort of deadline, as I've been meaning to write about the line for a while now (as indicated in my signature)

And then there were 49...........................One, single slot left!

Just wanted everyone to know so that nobody can say they didn't get notice or time enough to participate. So if you're that last one who's been sitting on the fence, hop on off and get this thing fully subscribed.

Thanks to everyone who's participating. Am LOVING the reviews you all are doing. I can tell you, all the originality that we're seeing from round #2 so far, is giving Elery and me some ideas for round #3! :o
