On a sort of related note, I was digging through 5 for $1 boxes at Heroescon yesterday and bought 18 copies of Shadowman #0, seven copies each of Bloodshot #5, 7, 8, 10 & 11, ten copies of Harbinger #0 and four copies of Harbinger #4 for around $13.00!!!

I asked the guy running the booth why he had so many copies of these new books for so cheap and he said that they had a customer that pays a couple hundred dollars for all the Valiant variants and they order a ton of them in order to qualify to get them.

What's interesting is that a lot of people here got EXCITED when DCBS offered their 1:20s for $20 instead of $40, while we have ALWAYS offered our 1:20s for $20 with our subs, GUARANTEED to get one every month, and I only have 3 people doing it from this site. And we do offer 20% discount on all regular books. Not as crazy as DCBS' discount but it's like saving on a license plate while overpaying for a car.
