Just curious - is that not worth anywhere near as much as the 'TWD weekly' re-printing? Those early TWDW books go for big dollars usually, don't they?caniac wrote:http://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-WALKING-DEA ... 43b6d2427d

Actually! The printing that is being sold/auctioned in this listing is the 2nd Printing of the Image Firsts reprint.caniac wrote:That is the 3rd print probably worth 15 bones...grendeljd wrote:Just curious - is that not worth anywhere near as much as the 'TWD weekly' re-printing? Re: Auction Hall of Shame!
I'm sure someone can answer better than I can, but basically there were white and ivory versions of the Valiant info in the upper left corner. The ivory are less common, but there are a ton of them. They are nothing special, but if you can find one for a few dollars it is cool to own.

A scam that newbies fall into thinking they're getting something rare. It's borderline worthless, but some sellers market it as rare and valuable. About as rare and valuable as my *SQUEE* hair!

He's got a few other comic goodies at prices that are accurate if you multiple by 100.

I remember when the first weeks of when the X-BOX 360's came out. Some people were simply listing the EMPTY BOX of X-BOX 360's for sale and the auction clearly describes that the auction was for the BOX only. Some of those listings went for a lot of $$$.

I guess the price of Chromium is higher than it used to be.

Re: Auction Hall of Shame!
The value of chromium shot through the roof once us diabetics realised that it helps insulin do its thing. $1.75 and even $175 is nothing compared to that comic's street value.

I saw this in an older thread of "Auction Hall of Wow and Disbelief!" and notice it was re-listed and sold. My curiosity piqued when I notice the artist's name. I was hoping that someone could shed light on who the hell that is seeing as it was interesting enough to end up on an old forum. The artists name is "Todd Valiant" and has a very... unique description of the artist. It must be a pen name as a google search turns up nothing. I turn to you now to shed some light on this mystery ACEO. I look forward to any assistance that can be offered.

Just guessing, but I'd say he has nothing to do with old or new Valiant.dyurisama wrote:http://www.ebay.com/itm/DEADPOOL-Ultima ... true&rt=nc

Probably picked the name because he likes the way it sounds or maybe likes "Prince Valiant" (from the 1930s-1970s).
