Mark Waid, Kurt Busiek, Alan Moore (based mostly on the america's best comics stuff) as EIC
individual books writer and artist :
Harbinger : Kirkman/ottley
Bloodshot : Warren Ellis/jim lee
Eternal Warrior : Peter David/paulo siquera
X-O : Cristos Gage/silvestri
Rai : Ron Marz/joe madurera
Shadowman : Frank Miller/ariel olivetti
Archer and Armstrong : Bendis/frank cho
Hard corps : Millar/scott campbell
I realize these would never happen. Just my dream teams, and what i feel are interesting matchups.

I need to give a shout-out for trying to get Garth Ennis back writing Shadowman.

His Punisher is far too campy for me, but Shadowman Vol. 2 # 1 is one of my all-time favorite Valiant books, and probably my favorite comic of 1997 period.
