Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

I'm sure VEI is keeping him busy.TKWill wrote:I don't know, he even quit posting in the "count to a thousand with pictures" thread around 600-700. I think he accounted for about 300 of the posts in that thread.jedimarley wrote:Someone go bump the one, two, or three word thread.slym2none wrote: (wishes Walter had time to come back and post)

I may feel differently should the book be released soon but don’t think I’ll ever order from DCBS again. I’m tired of them just sitting on my money.Daniel Jackson wrote:Yeah, if you want the discount from DCBS, you have to preorder.iggy101us wrote:I don't know if they still have it. Yeah, that can be a bit of a bummer sometimes, especially if the book is delayed as long as the A&A book has been.sanman wrote:I may feel differently should the book be released soon but don’t think I’ll ever order from DCBS again. That's true but I'm just venting about them deducting the money a month before the original release date—clearly illustrating why this is not a good practice. While I prefer to save money I'm going back to ordering books through my LCS or Amazon of whom neither charge until the item is on hand.Daniel Jackson wrote:I think they would have to refund your money after a certain amount of time or if you requested one.sanman wrote:Big price to pay if the book never comes out.siren3-4 wrote:Small price to pay for up to %50 off most HC collections . . .

I guess its the skeptic in me, but I feel the same way, although I am really looking forward to the book and hope it comes out this week.*SQUEE* wrote:Good news! I still will not believe this until it is in my hands.daydreamscomics wrote:I HAVE CONFIRMATION:

As long as your shop's Diamond order packer puts it in the correct box (trust me, it's no guarentee), it will be in stores next week (11/19/08)!

Amazon would be probably be the cheapest route unless your LCS gives a pretty good discount.sanman wrote:That's true but I'm just venting about them deducting the money a month before the original release date—clearly illustrating why this is not a good practice.
