I don't know, he even quit posting in the "count to a thousand with pictures" thread around 600-700. I think he accounted for about 300 of the posts in that thread.

Yeah, that can be a bit of a bummer sometimes, especially if the book is delayed as long as the A&A book has been.

I think they would have to refund your money after a certain amount of time or if you requested one.

That's true but I'm just venting about them deducting the money a month before the original release date—clearly illustrating why this is not a good practice. While I prefer to save money I'm going back to ordering books through my LCS or Amazon of whom neither charge until the item is on hand.

I guess its the skeptic in me, but I feel the same way, although I am really looking forward to the book and hope it comes out this week.

Amazon would be probably be the cheapest route unless your LCS gives a pretty good discount.
