the trick to harbinger #0 isyou have to keep in mind there are 2 versions of that book. the "1st" print which was actually a sendaway issue that you could get by cutting the corresponding coupons out of harby's #1-6.
well of course the probem was no one wanted to cut up their books so there's signifigantly less of them then i think valiant anticipated.
so then the secondary market kicked in and us rabid "fanboys" and now apparantly "fangirls" went nuts for the send away issue and it quickly became a rather expensive book.
so valiant did something very cool. they decided they would reprint the first 6 harbinger issues, which were in high demand because of the speculating that was going on in addition to the smaller print runs. they also decided they'd include harbinger #0 with the trade. but they didn't want to alienate the people who had actually cut their books up. so they made the cover on this "2nd print" a different color then the "1st print". hence the harbinger #0 pink (the sendaway) and harbinger #0 blue (the one included with the trade paperback).
i know that's wordy and i surely don't want to come off as condescending. but without knowing your level of familiarity with the varients and all i'd rather give you a ton more info then you need as opposed to not nearly enough.
as for selling on ebay...there are peeps on the board who are much better at that then i am...i usually list stuff i'm simply tired of in an attempt to redistribute my collection. i get rid of stuff i no longer want in an attempt to get stuff i do want. when i buy new books i go ahead and prepare myself to lose money on them when they sell. so i never look at it from that perspective.

As far as I know, a Harbinger 0 Pink has never sold for $800+...
and it has never been rumored not to exist.
Harbinger #1 CGC 9.8 sold for $969, but that's not a comic rumored not to exist, either.
Maybe LatinaEyes (welcome, by the way
) meant Bloodshot 0 Platinum.

($800 in late-2003, "should" not exist.)

Well gentleman, all of you have been such a wonderful help! I really do appreciate it sooo much... In in honesty here, I'm not a collector like I'm sure most of you are... I inherited a large collection of comic books, which included many valiant comics and had no idea where to even begin.. I did a web search of valiant and found this site, so, here I am... lol
I did purchase a guide book and have looked at ebay to compare prices.. I just don't want to over-price them to where people won't bid on them.. Geesh, I sound like a whinning woman...
gotta love us! lol
Anyway gentleman, I really do appreciate all of your help.. You guys have been great and must admit, have wonderful sense of humors.. gotta luv ya!

I can pretty much handle what you want to throw at me.. so come on guys, give it your best shot..

Rest assured, I'll be back...
