I was checking the Sheraton's website to get the address and noticed that their rate this summer is 139 USD.
Last year I paid 185, which is why I decided to change to a hotel that was 150.
I blame the con's website for not being up to date, heh.

Last I knew, it was going to be in the Sheraton Hotel and Marina on Thursday after the con (at around 7:30 or 8 pm).Blood of Heroes wrote:So has a decision been made as to where the game will be? Who's room? What hotel? Hotel's address? Start time? etc.
Only four days to go!
There's a restaurant, a bar, and an Internet section in the lobby. We could meet in either of them.
My flight leaves in 34 hrs

Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina
The address for those wondering is
1380 Harbor Island Drive
San Diego, CA 92101
According to the paperwork I have it's three miles from the convention center.

I keep getting contradictory indications from my provider on which one it is. It may not work.

Those aren't American phone numbers. I don't think they will work for anyone but you.ManofTheAtom wrote:011-55-2990-8853Dr. Solar wrote:My cell phone number is <#removed>, feel free to contact me to coordinate getting to the room for the game or anything else.

The number for that hotel I pulled up from Google is (866) 716-8130, but Dr. Solar's number will probably be the most useful.

I'm told that for me to dial, I need the city area code (which I can't find for SD. Is it that 866?) and the number, and that for people to call me it's 011 + the number, or 52 + the number.Blood of Heroes wrote:Those aren't American phone numbers. It's a *SQUEE*, that's for sure. Last year it didn't work, and I'm sure that this year it'll work less.

Well, this may be a big pain in the a$$, but I'd appreciate not quoting my phone number. This is the kind of thing that I like to post up temporarily, and edit out after the con is over.
I just don't like my number floating around cyberspace forever.
If y'all get a chance, I'd appreciate it if y'all could edit it out of your posts.
Thanks...

I removed it from all of the quotes. The only one left is your original post and you can edit it out when you are ready to remove it from view.Dr. Solar wrote:Well, this may be a big pain in the a$$, but I'd appreciate not quoting my phone number. Always a fun song and, in my experience, the perfect way to annoy the listen-to-country-only cousins who complain about "other music"Dr. Solar wrote:My anaconda don'tElveen wrote:Dr. Solar wrote:Actually, I just changed it to 1-900-MIXALOT.ZephyrWasHOT!! wrote:What was your number...?Dr. Solar wrote:Well, this may be a big pain in the a$$, but I'd appreciate not quoting my phone number.
