Unity #0 cover without shadowman mask
Has anyone ever noticed that Shadowman isnt wearing his mask on the last panel of eternal warrior #1? The same image as the cover to Unity #0 where he is wearing his mask

Actually, Valiant was really good about having the action on the coverShakespeare wrote:This brings up a HUGE topic in comics that is seldom talked about...
"Is the cover part of continuity?"
Many times things that happen on the cover don't happen on the interiors.
S
appear somewhere in the book... I like to call them "cover panels"...
but I'm not sure how much further after Pre-Unity / Unity that continued.

I used to love that too (great example is Magnus #4). I think it was more of a Shooter thing from his early DC days. If you read some of those old Legions that he wrote a lot of them start with a dramatic splash page that is basically a blow-up of a panel in the story. Something like a teaser, must be a remnant of the good ol' days.greg wrote: Actually, Valiant was really good about having the action on the cover

just an inside panel on a random page... but it shows the scene from the cover.
