Valiant Baby is Born!
My daughter Janessa Givens was born this afternoon, on my Birthday!!
I got everything on my DV cam along with about a thousand pictures so far haha.
She's beautiful 20 inches long with some long feet just like her daddy.
I'm thinking we're gonna have a Volleyball dynasty in our neck of the woods in another decade or so
Don't get me started on why Basketball is out of the picture.
Anyway, I gotta grab a few valiants to read to the wifey at the Hospital... per her request. I'm gonna bring Rai this time, she likes him.

Thanks for all the kind words guys.
All you proud parents know that feeling the first time you see your baby pop out... Amazing!
Then of course there's the 2 hours of nightly sleep, ummm I'm frikkin tired right now.
I'm soo happy I wasn't off gallivanting around the world putting a ball in a hoop this time around. It really makes you appreciate your family a lot more when you see your kids born.
Nonetheless I had to leave that Hospital room for at least a few hours to check the boards and make sure the house is nice and tidy for our little addition that's coming home tomorrow.
