It was published by Broadway Comics which was Jim Shooter's last line of published comics.

You know, I got out of comics from around 95-01. Im sure it has been discussed before, but I never seen it.

What happened to Shooter? Did he totally quit? He had enough?

I swear, if he started another company, Id be buying again.
