Love this thread. Nice to read about such an important topic posted here and some of the VF community OGs coming out to provide support.

Thank you Logan for engaging with this community. Sounds like your in good hands with nycjadie for the VCB issues and I think asking CGC about a unique label is a good idea and worth the time to ask for Seaborn’s most special Valiant books.

Very curious if you or anyone else on here has the best idea on how to make an inventory. I've made a spreadsheet and I think so far the info I have on it is decent but if there's better methods im all earsckb wrote: Sun Sep 01, 2024 9:31 pm
As for the actual books, I would expect Seaborn's collection to contain more than the usual amount of gold books and incentives. The first step for anything like this is a solid inventory. This is not as easy as it sounds, but the resources on this board will make it much easier. CGC grading a subset of these (whether or not you can get a "from the collection of" notation from CGC) may seem like a good idea - but I will warn that "prisitine" to the untrained eye could very well get you something that cost more to grade then to sell.

Spreadsheet is the most common solution. Sometimes the hardest part is identifying what you are actually looking at, though.
