I know it's somewhat of a dead topic, but I just don't see what purpose the gold key characters would serve at this point. Or rather, I'm not missing them so if we never see them again, I'm ok with that.

Issue #1 would sell 35k copies, issue #2 12k, issue #3 would ring in at 8k and then like everything else they would hover in the 6500 range.
