I can't remember the first comic I read because comics have always been a part of my life thanks to my father. I do remember the first comic I ever purchased:

The Valiant #1 was amazing. Best first issue of the year.

This book was so bad. Over half the book was someone describing a better story. :Yawn:

Solar is way better than Firestorm. The last two issues have been really good, and the art has been superb. Firestorm was the worst of the new 52, and that's saying a lot, because most of the new 52 has been dreck.

Disciple is not dead, just out of commission in the last two issues of Bloodshot & HARD Corps.

I think I'll get those Charlton books. But that's it.
