I'm still chipping away at an ungraded set and any shows I used to attend always had these looking worse for wear.

I think kids back in the day loved rolling up Gold Key's putting them in their back pocket and riding their bikes through sprinklers!

I got an X-O for $100 in Vancouver a month ago.

Bob was a cool guy!

I'm still waiting for mine.

I paid on May 13th.

Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Such a shame , I had a great revamped enthusiasm going into this DH relaunch that I've not had for comics since the mid 90's. Solar, Magnus and Turok monthly! Jim Shooter is writing! I was in! ... Sadly we are back to hoping something will resurface in the future again and probably not as good. :rant:

This was my favorite issue from the relaunch bar none. A simple story but one that made you care about Aquaman and also set a stage for his ongoing struggles fitting in be it on sea or land. Great approach to take for this character and I look forward to the next issue. Art was good also

Mt local CBS ordered 40 which is way more than any title in quite some time and by the time I got there this afternoon all were gone. The owner said it brought quite a few new people in the doors. So even though I missed out on a copy I was happy to see iti gave the industry a bit of a boost.

Nothing to report of any note on the inside, just the comics in trade form. (And an expensive price on the cover!)

It's due in two days (August 10th) Even though I own all the original issues I'll pick it up to complete the collection and as it won't have a huge print run. Doubt there will be any news contained inside as to the future or death of the Gold Key line but I'll report back if it does. Anyone else pic...
