imperium was by far my favourite valiant release and its actually incredible how well this just picks the story back up, loved it

on the bright side though if we're going the marvel route they'll all be back in a couple of years like nothing happened!!!!!!!

really liked this, was skeptical about a kindt event but he pulled off a good introduction here. nice fast pace, enjoyed getting to see more of tama and seeing what was going on with jack, liked the way it follows on from operation deadside altogether really.

angela definitely wins. she is the most intelligent "human" on earth and if she was able to get neela into her extradimensional realm then neela is done for.

actually i might have to change that i remember the unity tie ins of armour hunters being really bad

1) Harbinger Wars - nothing i dont like about this
2) Divinity III: Stalinverse - some of the red brigade backups werent great but overall fantastic

kindt really cannot write very consistently. every time i start to think he's good he writes a terribly paced issue like this with loads of awkward dialogue. aric's characterization is just stupid, why is he giving a big monologue to the cadmium guy and treating him like he's evil when he is being ...

interesting story overall but i cant help but feel like there could have been more done with original dysart concept for generation zero, whereas this ending seems to have put us well past that phase and into some other thing.

i just pray he doesnt write ninjak like batman without a kill rule, kindt has a good characterization of him as an emotionally stunted guy, but in stuff like book of death he was getting way too close to being batman.

a survivor of the tree wielding race of purple giants from Legends of The Geomancer made an appearance in that montage too

my personal thoughts are that everything in the future we saw is still canon EXCEPT for the scenes with the whole squad with roku, gilad, e.t.c. fighting darque on the demolished city. we will know for sure when we see who dies in renegades #5 though, if it contradicts fall of harbinger then i guess ...

this was excellent, very refreshing after A&A to have a story from someone who has actually read FVL properly. especially liked the little joke with epic of gilgamesh.

In Book of Death i think peter was like 200 years old but looked 60 and harada was still alive too, so either high level psiots live for ages or in future valiant they find some way to extend their lives
