I still have a sack of those Splatterbowl pins. They're with the rest of my pins.Vault-Keeper wrote:I still have some of those polybagged with the issue of Overstreet they came in...Did you ever pick up any of those Splatterbowl pins?---Steve
How many of the Plasm Gimmick cards do you have? Which colors? How much will you sell them to me for?
The light green border appears to be the regular one as it is the one that I almost always find when people list them. The others are the "variant" colors but I have no idea what the production ratio was or if they were distributed the same.

I do have the tin. I received one in a trade that I did with CorvetteJim.Vault-Keeper wrote:I recall having an orange one still in the polybag. I have four or maybe five different ones---light green, dark green, orange, red, and maybe one more. Did you ever find a Mule vs Chasm tin?---Steve
To my knowledge there are only those seven colors for the card. I have not even heard rumors of other card colors.
If I can get ahold of another blue, black, and dark green one then I will have a second set.
Have a look at which colors you have and let me know if you are willing to part with any of them.

I only have one of the level three cards (#7). I'm still looking for the others.Vault-Keeper wrote:I'll have to look though my cards. Jim seems to have an impressive collection. He still wants my Level 1 Shooter signed #1 of 9 card. Have you ever found a stash of binder back covers? I have at least two Plasm and one Dark Dominion.---Steve
Stash? No. But my inventory shows that I have five of the Plasm and two of the DD back cover art sheets. The best way to find them is by asking sellers if their binders have the back cover art. They almost never think to mention it in their auctions. Most of these auctions also come with some or all of the chase cards.

I've seen several Ebay auctions with all 7 for a BIN of 99 cents. I usually pass.Technique wrote:I'm really disappointed that not everyone is really impressed that I found all seven colors for this card![]()
I may be the only known person to have all seven.
They also use these for coasters at most Chili's around here. They're quite common.

For what it's worth, I'm impressed, Rob!
Many collector's don't even know there were seven different versions. Many Defiant promos are harder to find than some people might think.
Next time you see a 99¢ BIN for all seven of these, depluto, please let me know!
I have nearly everything Defiant ever produced. With a few exceptions, like several of these 'gimmick' cards. I think I have four of the seven.
It makes me wonder just how many gimmicks, enhancements, and/or variants were made during the 90's boom...---Steve
