Joe Quesade X-O pinup!!!

Post by k_c_collectibles »

Hey guys,

Here is ANOTHER cool X-O piece that I found over at comicartfans.com - this time by Joe Quesada! I do not remember this piece being published either... Was it used for promotional material of some kind? I am VERY interested in getting a commission done like this one!

You know, it looks a lot like a close up head shot of the Sp1 Valiant Era card.

The original art was on ebay a while back. I don't remember how much it went for but it was a lot. Someone on the boards was the winner.

As for the poster, its very very hard to find. I think there are maybe 3 that I know of - all in board members hands. I think the person who wons the art also owns a poster. The last time a poster hit ebay it was right after a big discussion about how rare it was on the boards and I think the hype helped it sell for $100+, but im not 100% sure.
