The how much will Harbinger #4 cover sell for Contest

Post by xoken »

One guess only please. Your post must have a time stamp of 10:55pm or earlier.

Closest guess gets a copy of Harbinger #4 with coupon and a Valiant gold book.

If the guess is within $10 of the final price I'll throw in another gold book.

So if you bid and don't win you could still get a gold book or two. :D

I'd have been the winner if not for Will's "original" approach. Oh well. Congrats.

I took a stab. I guess I probably could have tracked down the auction on eBay first and based my guess off that considering I guessed 5 minutes before the deadline, but I assumed that was against the rules.

Fun little contest. You guys do this sort of thing often?

Ah. So bidding less than $1500 is rather foolish, unless we're banking on it not meeting the reserve?

$1,480.66 is the final price.

Will is the winner but only gets one gold book. I've decided to give the second one to Brian Thomer as the "I have no idea what's going on" prize.

Winners please pm me.

Thanks for playing, stay tuned for more contests :D

maybe

Brian Thomer is a hellva a guy, just have a look at this pm.
I appreciate you taking pity on the newb and awarding me a prize. However, I'd like to give mine to "Valiant OCD", since he would have won if Will hadn't played the "and .01" game.

Hopefully, by next time I'll have a better clue on how the game works!

Thanks again!

-Brian
