Huh? I think that you are missing the point of FMV....that is the value that the market will bare...I think that you might have a hard time getting more than that... Of course I have holes to fill and you probably have a few I need, but I dont think that I need to be paying MORE than FMV for valiants right now...thanks....

I think his statement "more than fair market value" is a misuse of the phrase. I think he is combining "more than fair", and "fair market value".

At least that was the impression I got. I don't think someone would advertises that their prices are HIGHER than FMV.
