I heard people mention that he had some health issues in the last year or so, but I don't know anything more than that.
Hopefully it's a good sign that he's going out, hope he's recovering and getting his strength back.

Yeah I think it’s a good sign he’s out and about. He’s 71 now - time catches up to all of us.
