What if we jacked the price up really high in an attempt to get some media coverage?

Would the item at least appear on some "hot" list so that others would see it?

The bidder and the seller can agree not to complete the sale. No Final Value Fees but you lose the insertion fees. Lets jack it up!

Is that even legal? I agree that things seem terrible and we should stand up if what we think is happening is legit but what if this company turns out to have good intentions and some misunderstandings were presented to this board? I am still worried we don't have all the facts and may be acting a bit premature. Just my fear I guess.
