I would buy anything about these characters, sadly.

Curt Swan drawing Star Seed for Broadway

Post by Ryan »

Browsing on Defiant1's message board I found this post:

Defiant1:
Curt was actually approached to draw Starseed, but Curt didn't want to draw pages based upon photo references of real objects and places at his age. He wanted to draw fictitious stuff out of his own head. There are some Curt Swan unpublished pages out there somewhere. More info is in this book.[Curt Swan: A Life in Comics]

Then I found this page on comicartfans: https://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPie ... ce=1643388

It's too bad this never happened. I always thought of Star Seed as very much a modern take on Superman. Would have been cool to see one of the best Superman artists ever draw it. Has anyone ever seen more pages from this 'try out'?

I found a ton of unpublished Broadway art on that site earlier.
:atomic: Comics are like a Rorschach test, everyone has a different opinion on what they are and can be... :atomic:
