Wasn’t it deemed just to be a printing error and not an intentionally created book.

I think this X-O Platinum error book is a cool find. I think it should be more in the thought range of the “Bloodshot 0 Pink” which is a very desirable book. I understand that this X-O book is probably an error…. and not a limited “test run” like the Bloodshot 0 Platinum is thought to be. However, how many of these X-O Platinum comics are there? So far, only one has shown up. And really what difference does it make if a rare comic is an error or a test run? My point is that it is super rare and if people want to collect it the value will go up.

The XO number 0 that I saw a picture of the Platinum version of, looks exactly like the bloodshot number 0 Platinum. I remember when a shop in 1994 in Florida had a bloodshot number 0 Platinum that I almost bought for $40, but I thought that 40 was too high. So if bloodshot number 0 Platinum with a test run that made it out to the world, then it is possible that there are other copies of XO Platinum around, it definitely doesn't look like a printing error when you see the picture

You make some good points. Chances are that we may really never know how this X-O Platinum book came to be. Time has passed and memories are foggy about these things with the original Valiant crew. I believe there are a ton of these X-O zero comics that were printed. So, for me, there is a better chance of inking and color errors when you make that many comic books at once. I believe the collectibility of all these rarer Valiant comics (errors or short prints) depend on these characters being brought out to the masses through Amazon/Netflix/movies. Will that happen now? Things seem to be at a standstill. There are rumors of Bloodshot 2 by Sony and a Harbinger movie by Paramount. But, nothing seems to be actively happening since the Bloodshot movie. If nothing happens in the next couple of years I don’t see how DMG can keep printing comics. Then we will be back to a dead universe that only a few care about.valiantdude wrote: Tue Jul 20, 2021 11:02 am The XO number 0 that I saw a picture of the Platinum version of, looks exactly like the bloodshot number 0 Platinum. So, this comic has a price ($3.50). The other comic (first in this thread) does not have a price tag (like the gold comic).Agentcooper01 wrote: Mon Jul 26, 2021 6:51 pm viewtopic.php?p=1113344#p1113344
