I am wondering what value to place on this book if I decide to sell it. Are there any recent sales recorded for this one?

It was a copy of Shadowman v2 #16 glow in the dark. I have it on eBay at the moment, but I plan to pull it and CGC it if it doesn’t sell by Friday. Selling here has gotten really tough. Not much buying going on these days.
