Pretty good story. I think Faith is more heroic here than we've seen her before.

Probably the weakest VEI book for some time. Unclear story, a host of wasted character appearances and a goofy looking villain who looks like a plug socket!

I haven't enjoyed this mini, at all. It's been a few one liners but, all the great features end up being a waste...

The art was fine until it switched up, not so much then...

I've been ok with this series, as it feels like equal parts Faith and a continuation of Timewalker. I get what others are saying about the lack of exploration on all these various characters getting pulled into the conflict, but I guess they aren't dwelling on that as each attempt proves a failure and then it's back to the drawing board so the conflict never happened. I imagine the resolution will show that none of the other Valiant Heroes ever interacted outside of Faith and Neela.

I do have an issue with Rai telling Bloodshot to "check your six."

Still trying to wrap my head around this issue, though. The conflict with the Do-Bot (and if I may digress... has the thing ever been actually named a Do-Bot in the comic, or just in the synopsis? Pretty sloppy, if so.) was confusing They're fighting him on some primordial wasteland, then in a robot version of Torquehalla... was that all just in their minds? Ank calling out the similarities of the Do-Bot to her... so was it from some alternative reality that we saw in the prior Timewalker series and it somehow survived?

Good point. Either Jodie has never read Rai or the person doing the word balloon doesn't know the difference between Rai and BS and it was supposed to be BS saying this?

One other point I forgot in my previous post ... the appearance of the 'that joke isn't funny any more' Goat and the Blood squirt who is a figment of Bloodshot's mind isn't he???

I also didn't like the "check your six" line, I kind of just pretended it was Bloodshot and ignored it.

Ank calling out the similarities of the Do-Bot to her... so was it from some alternative reality that we saw in the prior Timewalker series and it somehow survived?

That's what I took from it. Somehow Do-bot is the survivor of another reality in the multiverse that was destroyed, it was Neela's fault (whether or not Do-bot is aware I don't know), so Do-bot is destroying the remaining universe.

But wasn't Bloodsquirt leading the charge of the heroes to fight the Goof Bot? If so, why would Goof Bot imagine that?
