I wonder how the 'collectable card' element of the system works. I might have a look at this in a few week's time when I'll have a bit more free time on my hands.

Should we make this some kind of 'official' thread for discussion of this game on the boards? Seems that might be useful/fun if a handful of us get into the game?

I've played it a bit now so i might as well post my steam review for the game here:

First impressions are good. It's fast paced and don't hold your hand. The tutorial is pretty lacking but i did not really feel like it was needed that much tbh. It's an easy game to learn, and with the pretty generous amount of coins you get from battling AI's you'll quickly get new cards to build your own deck. Even though it's a quick game, you'll quickly learn that throwing out cards is not a good tactic. So the game rewards you for paying attention and sometimes wait untill the last second to put out a card.

My main gripe with the game is the graphics. As in, they are really boring. I like the art that was used from the valiant comics but using them this way does not give the game any style of it's own. Hopefully this game gets enough attention that the developers will give it a more cohesive art style. I'll definetly try and get some friends to play this game as well.

Over all, it needs some polishing but it's a fine game either way.
