I was so excited, I was finally going to be able to post on here that my Valiant collection was complete. I finally acquired that near impossible to find Valiant Voice #19 (thanks, Steve) and was going to update my inventory page this weekend when I clicked on the forum today and found that STILL I'm not complete! Oh, the agony! :x

Oh well, anyone out there have a copy of that Visitor vs. the Valiant Universe #1 with the $2.50 cover they'd like to sell or trade?

I have a couple of those issues ... I can't wait to get home to see which I have. Should be find trying to determine print run numbers for both, and that sort of thing...

Yeah, that one may be a trick.
I would guess that the print run for the $2.95 version is correct,
since it is the "Direct Market Edition".
I don't know how the "Newstand" $2.50 books were ordered...
so I'm not sure how many to 'guesstimate'.
Did Previews solicit both prices for the books?
(Who's got an old issue of Previews handy?
