Is there a variant comic on this? And if so how is it different from the normal issue.

I saw it in an excel spreadsheet collection list through valiantfans.com site.
Is there a new updated list?

This is probably one of the books that was "previewed" from Valiant/Acclaim with copies on regular paper with a staple in the corner.

They do "officially" exist, but they're probably impossible to differentiate from counterfeits, since everyone now owns a copier.
