Hmm, I wonder if this movie hits before any of the others...
Wouldn't that be funny

This is still pretty early. It's being written and has a director signed on, but by now we know that doesn't always work out (Singer on Harbinger, John Wick guys on Bloodshot). Remember a while back that JMS was writing a Shadowman script for VEI to shop. Nothing on that since.

Great news. But until they start casting you can't treat this as imminent.

very true. The fact that this movie isn't attached to Sony may find itself out and available sooner than the others though. Sure, it's still in its infancy, and may not happen for some time. But the fact that there is some movement is cool, even a little fun.tchalla8 wrote:Great news. But until they start casting you can't treat this as imminent.

And having a director and writer who are known for successful movies/franchises can help it get picked up sooner. I've always thought A&A plays well as a film and would be a dark horse to end up the first VEI film. We shall see.TheeBaldMoose wrote:very true. True. It's outside of the box enough to be of interest to people who may be wearying of the standard comic book movie.BugsySig wrote:I've always thought A&A plays well as a film and would be a dark horse to end up the first VEI film. We shall see.

Zero chance this gets made first.
Bloodshot will be first.

I've also heard Harbinger/Bloodshot got flipped too someplace.
