Duh ... edited. Sorry I totally did not see that someone asked a similar question right before I did. I think I had authored the question and then walked away for a bit, forgetting to hit submit. (or something like that)

It's no longer sealed cause I had to open the bag to get to the COA which was hidden between the two comics But I figured it didn't matter to much because the questions seem to all be based on the COA itself 
It says the following:
"Certificate of Authenticity
The undersigned Amazing Comics Inc. certifies that the accompanying comic book X_O Manowar "retribution" trade paperback is one of 3,000 signed + numbered by artist Mike Manley. Thes books were delivered to the artist by Amazing Comics, where they were signed + numbered. The books are offered exclusively by Amazing Comics + are stictly limited to 3,000 copies.
The accompanying book is No 34 of 3,000"
The signature was on the first page in the X-O Manowar Retribution tbp. Hope this helps all those who asked and pm'ed me
