Anyone else try this? I pretty much only read Valiant these days, but I thought this would be a good way to be introduced to new (new to me) books. You sign up and every month they send you a box full of trades. Some are good and some are crap, but the value is always far less than what one would have paid elsewhere.

Anyway, each month has a theme. September was fantasy, and October was horror. The reason I posted this here is that Shadowman Volume 1: Birth Rites was included in the October shipment. Great to see Valiant included in the bundle.

between my wife and i we've done a couple subscription boxes. it's always a disappointing experience. I would steer clear.

I hope you mean "price." I have no interest in signing up for a low-value mystery box.
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.
