Valiant Story
Hey guys,
It was suggested that I share my whole jump into this magical world of Valiant. It ain't complicated really, I started seeing a bunch of ads in the back of some of my comics showing off Bloodshot. I vaguely remembered his image from back in the day but I never read any of the original stuff. So I ran over to my interwebs and went to researching what he was all about and found the whole backstory to the creation of the new Valiant entertainment pretty frickin cool.
I totally dug Bloodshot and tried out XO then Harbingers which was a couple months before their first crossover. I am loving everything about Valiant. There's humor and light heartedness mixed with some gruesome action and rounded out with some of my favorite character work. You can tell a whole lot of love goes into these comics and it definitely bleeds into the quality in each page.
So there ya go. Nothing fancy with them gifs and memes and twerking marmosets that these kids seem to love so much. Just a dude who likes me some comics. Nice to meet all of you.

Damn it. The Canadians got to you first.
Well, welcome to the boards. It's fun here as long as you avoid the Canadians like the one that just posted above me.

LOL I'll have you know that I trained to be a Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksman but my fear of rectangles kept me from graduating. I was bitter but I've come to accept the hand fate has dealt me, for the Royal Yaksmen need to stay strong consisting of the best of the best of the best.lorddunlow wrote:Damn it. Maybe a beautiful Canadian ballad could sway your outlook. This song is full of awesome-y goodness that'll have you a hummin' away that attitude.

I like this guy already

Welcome to the board, sir! I guarantee there is not one Canadian on the board (myself included) who is half as loopy as Dunlow.
