I'd probably report that to eBay. I agree it has to be a violation of copyright laws.

EDIT

I talked to a lawyer friend of mine and he seems to think there is only one way it might not violate copyright laws. Technically if the person selling the comics bought all of the original books, then made digital copies, and destroyed the original floppies it might be legit.

I say the odds of that happening are slim.

I hope that seller's map of 80+ items sold is not all that pirated wolverine cds? There's a quick $1600 plus easy profit...I fault the buyers almost as much as the sellers, supporting these crooks.

Why would anyone pay someone for something you could pirate yourself for free? Idiots. Both the seller for pirating the comics for profit, and the sellers for purchasing them.

Copyright and trademark

Bootleg records or unauthorized media

Software loaded onto a device without an accompanying license agreement, manual, or agreement

It appears this is a legit DVD set published by Marvell. It looks like the others were copies of similar legit DVD sets.

That's how I got most of mine. The problem is, many people upload them, and re-sell them. Same with buying used CD's.

I guess I am in the minority of keeping them.
