Not sure if this has been posted, but it appears to be a Bloodshot 6 VVSS related. Look at the final price!!

the signatures in red ink look like the Bloodshot #6 VVSS, but there's always a question with this book. Also, Bob Layton's signature is present, which should not be on the VVSS edition of this book. I placed a bid because I figured it might be the VVSS edition which someone later had Bob sign, but I wasn't so confident in it that I was willing to bid $69!

That's probably what it is... if Bob was around for the "original signing"Brother J wrote:... I figured it might be the VVSS edition which someone later had Bob sign
it would have probably been done in the same red ink.
So, I'd say it's the "VVSS-related" book, with an extra sig.
Without that embossed seal, though, these books are hard to authenticate...
so I suppose we're stuck with "best guesses" and "probablies" on
Bloodshot 6 and X-O Database 1.

Well, I got mine direct from Valiant. Is that authentic enough?greg wrote:That's probably what it is... if Bob was around for the "original signing"Brother J wrote:... I figured it might be the VVSS edition which someone later had Bob sign

This book is signed by Don Perlin, Kevin VanHook and Bob Layton. Without a cert I would never pay that much money for it when you can get them to sign it for you.

Yeah I was watching that too. The Red sigs look fairly legit (I compared the 2 covers) so if it is a authentic VVSS shoudn't have the extra signature decrease the price? you would think so because it would be like defacing it. if I was to take my EW27 VVSS with COA and have like 2 more people sign it Could I get more out of it? I wouldn't think so but that seems to be the logic with this auction. In my opinion it would be destroyed because that isn't how they were made. On the same lines I don't feel the VcVSS comics are destroyed because we made them and they are the way they were ment to be. But if someone would go out and add more then back to the 1st half of the conversation

Wow! That has to be a record for that one. A lot of bidders too, kind of surprising really.elyhekrue wrote:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 6509782044
