Time for MOTA to return?
With Valiant about to publish regular books again, I thought it was time we all consider this. In 2008, Greg put him on suspension. In May of this year, that will have been just over 3 1/2 years.
So, has it been long enough? Is it time for MOTA to come back?

Re: Time for MOTA to return?
Obviously this is up to Greg. I vote that enough time has passed he should have a chance to come back. Knowing that another display that got him suspended would be a lifetime ban.
Just my thoughts.

Without any knowledge, I cannot vote.
Nor do I want any knowledge to know to vote.
Certainly, with the new books coming in, all knowledge would be helpful - and could be celebrated.

I came here after them all so I have no opinion. I will say it would suck to be banned with the release finally here.

I say let him in. I have a lot of dealings with him on Facebook and he has always been pleasant, so maybe he's calmed down.

I agree, let the crazy cat back
Re: Time for MOTA to return?
I can't really vote since they were gone before I joined, but ZWH was a great contributor to OTV so I appreciate that. MOTA was a guest on one of the early shows too, and even though I think his Atomic Avenue prices are crazy, let him come back.
To be fair, ZWH's eBay prices are crazy too, IMO.

This post has been carefully constructed so as to add absolutely nothing to any discussion or topic.

Re: Time for MOTA to return?
For what it's worth, I'm the sole dissenting vote. Greg axed these people for a reason. If everyone wants him back, that's fine by me. Mike brings good information when he isn't playing his broken record and shoving it down your throat.
I'd rather not have to navigate around the threads that he railroads, but if that's what everyone else wants, it won't bother me.

Bring Mikey back!!!!

Re: Time for MOTA to return?
I never had a problem with MOTA. I dont think anyone can deny that things have been a lot more civilized around here since some of these guys left. It has cut down on the number of posts around here, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. With that said, it is kind of a shame that not everyone is participating in the excitement of the new Valiant.
I do think that some of these guys will probably just end up banned again in the long run though ...

Re: Time for MOTA to return?
The right belongs to greg as does the messageboard and I respect that. I have no problem or concerns if Greg allows Mike or anyone else back. Greg can always ban anyone at anytime so I don't think anyone can cause but so many problems.

Let em all back in, but make sure they know not to bite when people tease them, which will happen.

That's like telling a Jehovah's witness never to knock on your door again when you know damn well they'll be back next month.Draco wrote:Let em all back in, but make sure they know not to bite when people tease them, which will happen.

Re: Time for MOTA to return?
I have three books in a cabinet by the door - Watchtower Bible - Book of Mormon - Quran.400yrs wrote:That's like telling a Jehovah's witness never to knock on your door again when you know damn well they'll be back next month.Draco wrote:Let em all back in, but make sure they know not to bite when people tease them, which will happen.
Witness shows up I grab the Book of Mormon and say you tell me yours I'll tell you mine - do the same if Mormons show up. If it is Christians that show up those two books make them stay longer so then I pull out the Quran and that gets them boiling and they leave in a huff.

There's somebody else too that owed Knight or Jedi or somebody a bunch of stuff. I kind of agree with everyone else about allowing those others to return...I doubt any would, but who knows given the opportunity...
I didn't read close enough...DF-1 wasn't on that list was he?

I think MOTA's viewpoint of continuity might have changed a bit since last he posted here.
