SpringCon 2011
Once again my local comic-con is here and I have to say im kind of disappointed. Gail Simone canceled along with Denny O'neil, The usual guys that come every year i didnt see at all, Dan jurgens, Doug Manhke, Steve Kurth.
Dont get me wrong the local indy comic guys and gals where here and had alot of cool stuff, Gorden Parcell, Jeff Butler. As for Comic deals, not too shabby. Alot more valiant books this year although I never found any pre-unity books. Really good deals on Trades and HC (50 - 75% off) Picked up Crisis on infinite earths $6 GIJoe Classics V. 3 $8
Also picked up a few Classic GL and nick fury issues. My big purchase this year was a commission from Jeff Butler(last year was a nick fury sketch from him) 11x17 Parallax(hal jordan) ill post a pic sometime today.
