Shadowman 16 Glow-in-dark for sale
My wife and I nearly lost our favorite cat this past week, a feisty Maine Coon named George. He is 7 and quite unusual for a cat; he'll come to us when called, likes to have 'conversations' and exhibits rather dog like behavior --- maybe that's why we love him so much
Anyway, we're relieved to have him fully recovered but large vet bills have made me decide to sell a few items.
Round 2 - Shadowman 16 Glow in the dark version. One of the scarcest Acclaims (approx. 850 exist) but also notorious for spine damage - this copy is no exception. Price guide on this is $75.
Asking $45 shipped, please see scan.

For starters, I'm offering this Magnus/Predator TPB for $80.00 shipped - nearly 1/2 the listed guide value of $150.00. I can mail internationally too, just cover the exact cost of shipping. The book is solid NM, please see scans and feel free to PM - thanks
SOLD

hmmm, it's a heck of a rare book, but all those spine creases drops that down to a very low grade, IMO. Just saying...Elveen wrote:That is a killer price. I know it's odd, but for some reason the later Acclaim books seem to bring solid $$$, even in that condition.Brother J wrote:hmmm, it's a heck of a rare book, but all those spine creases drops that down to a very low grade, IMO. The stress is a common problem with this book, all 3 copies I've owned have suffered from it. Hence my lower asking price...
I'd think a slabbable 9.6 copy could be worth serious $$$.
It's definitely one of my favorite Acclaims and just soooo hard to find (and part with). I like the glow-in-the-dark effect too. The soldiers heads reveal skulls...quite neat.

My copy has stress marks on the spine as well. From a distance, it almost looks like a design of some kind.hulk181man wrote:eternalwarrior wrote:Totally agree.Daniel Jackson wrote:I know it's odd, but for some reason the later Acclaim books seem to bring solid $$$, even in that condition.Brother J wrote:hmmm, it's a heck of a rare book, but all those spine creases drops that down to a very low grade, IMO.
