Page 213, shows an image we've already seen ("not actual cover") but says Wizard #227 will be have a Solar cover by Mike Mayhew.

Makes me wonder if Solar is premiering in June, the same month Wizard 227 comes out.

If it's not in the April Previews, it's not coming out in June.

And I'm NOT saying it's all happening as I suggested a while back, but I'm getting close!

The Wizard Solar cover certainly harkens back to the days Wizard was covering Valiant!

Anyone buying this Wizard just to have in their collection due to the Solar cover? I'm going to.

I may, Valiant Wizard covers were awesome—who and when was the last one?

This will be the first Wizard issue i'll buy in years. Wizard was good when they were thick monthlies with 100 pages per issue. Now the magazine is like a thin pamphlet.

And the useful comic book related information is minimal—especially in light of certain comic book websites and message boards. It’s most definitely useless as a price guide, the reason bout #1.

$5.99, I think.

My wife gets it sometimes. Definitely not worth cover except in extreme circumstances like a new Solar cover.

Yeah, for that kind of money I agree. I can't imagine Wizard selling many issues with a cover price like that.

Wish I could spend the money on a poster of the cover instead—I miss the days when you got a centerfold mini poster of the cover.

There are a lot of things that used to come with Wizard and don't anymore.

I saw mentioned that page count on Wizard had dropped to 68 pages.

Wow. I had no idea Wizard was now only 68 pages. That's almost a dime a page. I doubt they'll last much longer.

I haven’t bought it consecutively in years.

By the way, there was a Batman issue that came out around Batman Begins that listed all of the key Batman comics. I lost mine in the hurricane and I can’t figure out which one it was.

I would like to replace my copy—it had a really detailed list. Does anyone know the issue I’m talking about?
