New comic movies....
Seen previews for Elektra...wow! This one looks good. Don't know how they made a gem like this from the Daredevil movie. Been trying to get my hands on some Elelktra art before this comes out, as the prices will inevitably go up.
Also, been reading articles on Spider-man 3. They're keeping the villian/s top secret, but my money is on The Hobgoblin & The Lizard. I think Venom my be showing up in 4.

I hope they do a better job with Elektra than they did with Catwoman.
I think the Hobgoblin would be a safe bet. Didn't Kirsten and Tobey say that number three would be the last one they would do?Also, been reading articles on Spider-man 3. They're keeping the villian/s top secret, but my money is on The Hobgoblin & The Lizard. I think Venom my be showing up in 4

I believe Kirsten in an interview prior to S2 said that #3 would be it for her, I am not sure about Tobey, but with his back and all I could see him calling it quits on spidey after #3. Why not go out on top like Connery when he left Bond or Keaton with Batman?Daniel Jackson wrote: I think the Hobgoblin would be a safe bet. the preview to Elektra is pretty good it will undoubtedly be better than Daredevil. The fact that one of the writers of X2 cowrote the script is a good sign but I don't know if the director of Reign of Fire is up to it.
I remember Dunst saying she wanted Peter to die in #3 and have a baby spiderman in #4! She was never a great Mary Jane so I wont be too sad to see her go. Toby though is great and I bet they throw tons of cash his way. Wasn't the whole back thing a cover for his drug problem?

Yeah, the chances of them having another mega box office hit after number 3 are probably slim. I would hate to see another fiasco like the last Batman movie. I still can't watch a George Clooney film without being reminded of the awful job he did portraying the Dark Knight.

I haven't read this anywhere, but I bet you what's gonna happen in Spider-Man 3 is that Jonah's son John (?) is gonna run into the alien symbiote in outer space and become Venom. He was an astronaut in #2, and just about to fly a mission (i think). Plus he hates Spidey for stealing MJ away from him at the wedding.
I hear a new Fantastic Four movie is coming out, with Jessica Alba as Sue Storm.

this is a nice web site for movie gossip.
I'm looking forward to seeing the Blade Trinity movie out this fall.
I liked the blade movies. I've only seen a little of Blade in
one issue of Dracula 50 that I have... but I liked the movies.

I'm a HUGE FF fan and still don't know what to make of the stills I've seen. Reed, and Sue look good, Johnny's ok and Ben is iffy. All I've seen are the stills released to USA Today though. I'm looking desperately for the links to this, if anyone knows.......
Also, Sin City's stills look AWESOME! SC is another great book I'm a long time fan of, and the shots from the movie look exactly like the comics. I do know where the link for that one is: http://www.filmz.ru/pub/61/4137_1.htm It's slow to load, but any fan of the source material should agree that it looks good!
Keep in mind, this is based on a very adult oriented book and some of the pics are a bit violent and/or sexy.

I always thought that in Spidey 3 we would see Green Goby 2 since his son discovered his father's junk in the end of the second one.
As for Mary Jane, I never felt that KD was a good portrayal of MJ and therefore I am actually happy to see her go. Kristen is cute but no beautiful and ultimately not desireable. Unfortunately, MJ should be the opposite of that.

You really liked the Elektra trailer???
I thought the movie looked like *SQUEE*...which is bad when it is a trailer designed to 'pump you up'. I haven't seen the Sin City preview yet...I'll have to go look. FF..um..I just have the feeling Roger Corman might have done it better...and that's saying something.
I'm so looking forward to Batman Begins...now that is a movie that seems to be doing it right with a trailer that excites you while BARELY showing Batman.
