Heck I have putzed around here in the hotel room to notice it is 2:30 am. I have to get up in one hour anywykys. I am just goint to stray up 24 hours.

have had trouble sleeping since i was 15 and now i am slowly geting better.
I just managed to sleep in till 11.00 and that doenst happen very often.
I was falling asleep watching Wanted last night and whe i did hit the sack i was out in heartbeat.

Times they are a changing.

Hope you got that hour ok dude. ouch

I totally agree. If I could go without sleep, I would. And if I were single and could handle it with my job, I would definitely try the Uberman sleep cycle.

Did you drive or fly? I ended up sleeping most of the trip home from San Diego, which I desperately needed!

I am home now... I stayed up, no hour sleep. But I made it just fine.
