It was good, but not great. Bart's art seemed to get crazy as the series went along.
It's not nearly as good as Negation, Sojourn, Scion or the other top tier CG books, but still an ok read.

ill be honest. i loved the art. and the convaluted alliances and stuff i thought was pretty interesting. but man, over time it just went nowhere. enson and wyture turned out to be worthless, and it all was just pointless bickering. lol, and then altwaal just returns and undoes everything that had happened over the past 37 issues. LOL. i was disappointed to say the least. thought gannish, trenin and a few others were kind of wasted in their potential, and seahn and persha just went nowhere, really.

It was in the lower tier of Crossgen books for sure.

Same here, I loved Sears' early work with the Justice League up until the first few issues of Turok, but from the point he came back to X-O Manowar up until now, his art is just subpar compared to his earlier work, I'm not sure what happened. :twocents:
