batman HUSH
wow, i just finished reading it. its batman 608 -619 it is an awsome story. im not a batman fan at all. i really was anti-batman. to mainstream or whatever stupid reason i just didnt like him.
but this story brought be into comics again just like valiant the 2nd time around. i was loosly aware of batmans charactors/villains. but its brings a lot of them into the story line and it is a book by book guessing/cliff hanger set up.
has anyone else read it? i hear there going to have a follow up to it? anu know about it.
i just had to right about it caus eit got me so excited. ok i rambling.
any one want to bring there thoughts and question about the story and its unawnsered questions?

I have read and enjoyed Hush as it was coming out. The plan now is that Jim Lee and Jeff Loeb will do another Batman story arc sometime soon, I'm guessing after Jim Lee is done with Superman (ho-hum).
There is sort of a followup story to Hush in Batman: Gotham Knights #50-55(?) though it did not really resolve anything.

if you read through the dccomics.com message board, you'll find a number of Bat fans that hated this arc. and when the 2nd part of the story comes out in trade, you'll see why. there are several points that just don't make sense, and a lot of unanswered questions that Loeb and Lee will have to come back and tell.
that said, i enjoyed the first part at least. anytime Bats goes up against Superman and proves just how badass he can be is a good read for me. and if you don't know who Hush is by now, you should give up comics.

all the message boards i read people hated the fact they bought back jason todd (second robin) but this was before they found out it wasnt really him: or was it ummmmm.... the other thing was why the hell did timothy elliot have an "H" on his costum? wasnt the whole "hush" thing a inside joke between all the players (villians). it was more like making fun of elliot right? and were the hell is jason todds body?

i loved the hush arc as stated but the 1 page tie in into nigmas side was way fast. i cant wait till they pick it up again!Knightt_333 wrote:The HUSH storyline is what GOT me back into comics when it came out. THAT led to me collecting Valiant comics again. While I didnt mind the Hush storyline it sorted of faded for me once I picked up Valiant again. But I AM back into Bats in a big way now and am REALLY enjoying it.
The unanswered parts of the Hush storyline bug me and I think it could have been done MUCH better. Just like the Jim Lee Superman stuff that is going on right now... hell, I just dont get what the hell is going on.
