Valiant Toys
I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere but I saw a picture of X-0 Solar Spider-Alien and Mother God. Are these actually coming out or did they get cancelled?

Wizard published concept pictures of VH 2 toys that Acclaim licensed Skyboltz to produce in connection to their version of the 99 event.
There were pictures for the VH 2 Solar and X-O Manowar, and I think the plan at the time was to produce toys from both universes, or at least of the protagonists of the event.
Skyboltz ended up producing an X-O Manowar figure that was never released.
Outside the Turok toys that Playmates produced, and the inaction figure of the holy one, that's all I've ever seen far as official toys go.

I remember seeing the X-O pics, planning on buying one, and then hearing that it was canceled. If I recall correctly, though, the figures were not that great. All my Wizards took a Katrina swim but I would love to see those figures again—does anyone have the pictures to post?ManofTheAtom wrote:Wizard published concept pictures of VH 2 toys that Acclaim licensed Skyboltz to produce in connection to their version of the 99 event.

I'm sure that not producing the X-O was a sound business decision at the time but too bad.
Anybody interested in the Shocker Solar Indie Spotlight Shockini? I'm not exactly digging it but it is a Valiant character--sort of. With the green face it's obviously the Gold Key version but I'll probably get it.
I wish that they would have done the 6" Indie Spotlight Action Figure. I can't believe that there are more collectors wanting a Shadowhawk than a Solar--green faced or not.
